How to make YI YUN TEA

🍵 Enjoy it hot
Pour 12 oz boiling water over the sachet.
Steep 3 minutes for first infusion, 4 minutes for second infusion.

🥤 Enjoy it cold
Put one sachet into the bottle and pour 17 oz filtered room temperature water over the sachet.
Let it brew in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
